Returns & Refunds Policy

Changing your mind

For standard online purchases, tell us within 14 days of receiving your item that you wish to cancel. You then have another 14 days to return it. You do not need to give a reason. Email us with your order number for return instructions.

You may inspect and try on items as you would in a shop. Please return them carefully packaged. We may deduct for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the item. You pay change-of-mind return postage. Keep proof of posting.

Refunds

We refund your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return or evidence that you sent it back, whichever is earlier. For a full order cancellation, we also refund standard outbound delivery; premium delivery upgrades are excluded.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us so we can resolve the problem and cover reasonable return costs. Photos are helpful where available. There is no 48-hour reporting deadline. Your statutory rights apply, including the short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days and applicable repair, replacement or refund rights afterwards.

Personalised items

Change-of-mind cancellation may not apply to genuinely personalised or customer-specified items. Standard size or colour choices and making an item after ordering do not by themselves remove cancellation rights. Faulty-goods rights still apply.

These terms do not limit your statutory rights.

Shipping & Delivery

Each piece is made with purpose - not mass produced. Our processing times are 5-10 working days and then shipping time is 2-5 working days. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive confirmation. If your delivery is delayed or missing, please contact us so we can help. Your statutory delivery rights are unaffected.
