Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love your Lost Girls item. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items where you have changed your mind. We will only accept returns in the following circumstances.

- The item is faulty or damaged

- You have received the wrong size / order / colour

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- Unworn

- Unwashed

- In their original condition

- With any tags still attached

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

1) How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us through our website contact form with your order number and quick reason for return. Send us a photo too if you can (not mandatory)

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

2) Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Lost Girls Fashion cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

3) Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Shipping & Delivery

Each piece is made with purpose - not mass produced. Our processing time are 5-10 working days and then shipping time is 2-5 working days. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, but will always help where we can.
